I love photographs and enjoy looking at them and sharing them. I love this photo of Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward, it's so lovely and speaks volumes even in its silence. I've seen them in interviews together and they seemed to have great chemistry. They seemed to LIKE one another and have a mutual respect that shown bright. I read a quote from an interview he did in AARP.
"... because of "great impatience tempered by patience. When you have been together this long, sometimes you drive each other nuts, but underneath that is some core of affection and respect."
So simple but so lovely...I hope to experience that one day.

They prove it IS possible to have a good marriage even in their profession where there are so many divorces and cheating spouses. I have always admired them for that.
